Today, the Kenya Development Corporation (KDC) joined Minet at the Ulinzi Sports Ground for a spirited fun run dedicated to supporting children living with cerebral palsy. The event brought together staff from both organizations, partners from the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry, and members of the local community, all united by a shared goal of raising awareness and resources for children with special needs. Participants enjoyed a morning filled with energy, camaraderie, and a strong sense of purpose, as they ran and walked in solidarity with families affected by cerebral palsy.
This fun run is part of a broader commitment by KDC and Minet to champion inclusivity and social responsibility within the community. Funds and awareness generated from the event will go toward improving access to therapy, assistive devices, and educational opportunities for children with cerebral palsy. By coming together for this cause, KDC, Minet, and their partners have demonstrated the power of collaboration in making a positive difference in the lives of vulnerable children and their families.
